Our company registration service in Nigeria from the date payment is received and confirmed will take three (3) weeks. This may take longer as CAC is currently experiencing a system upgrade. However, where there is a delay, we will make sure to let you know.

Our company formation service in the USA from the date payment is received and confirmed will take an estimated one (1) week from when your name is approved. If there are no serious issues, names will be approved in 24hrs.

Our fee for company formation in Nigeria is Eighty Thousand Naira Only (N80,000). This includes a six (6) months subscription to all our services upon our full launch. Our services include, but are not limited to access to our simplified document bank, a personal advisor as well as pre and post incorporation support and a quarterly legal diagnostics of your business.

Our fee for company formation in the USA is Five Hundred Dollars Only ($500). This includes a six (6) months subscription to all our services upon our full launch.
